Policies
Late Arrivals
Any client arriving more than 20 minutes after their scheduled appointment time may be asked to reschedule or subject to a limited service menu. Those arriving late for a color service will be charged for the elapsed time.
Cancellations/Reschedules
All appointments that are not rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours are subject to a 150$ late cancellation fee. All fees must be paid before rebooking.
Payments
Cash or Venmo preffered, any payments made through credit card or PayPal are subject to a 5$ processing fee
Children
I do not currently offer children’s services. No one under the age of 12 may accompany a client to their appointment. Anyone over 12 accompanying you to your appointment must remain in designated waiting areas.
